Director of S&OP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of S&OP to manage enterprise planning across demand, capacity, capital, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, inventory, and capital planning
• Develop long-range capacity models and partner with teams on CapEx planning and investment timing
• Create multi-scenario plans and provide executive-ready options and recommendations for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations planning, capacity planning, or related roles
• Demonstrated ownership of capacity and/or CapEx planning in a scaling organization
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, or similar tools
• Experience in leading cross-functional processes without direct authority
• Proven ability to develop teams and communicate complex analyses clearly
