Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sourcing point of contact for an assigned industry division, ensuring alignment on sourcing strategies and business objectives
• Collaborate with Sourcing Specialists to develop tailored third-party solutions and lead sourcing components of pursuit activities
• Act as Global Pursuit Lead for multi-region client opportunities, coordinating sourcing activities and managing cross-regional communication

Required Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 10+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred
• Ability to understand and identify contractual terms impacting sourcing and procurement
• Strong analytical ability to analyze supplier cost proposals and financial reports
• Proven ability to innovate new programs or processes that benefit clients and the organization
