Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sourcing support and develop strategies for cost savings and supplier performance
• Lead sourcing-related functions including supplier assessments, RFPs, and contract management
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories
• Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Jaggaer or Ariba) is preferred
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university is highly desired
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
