Job Summary
To support optimization of managed services operations and sourcing strategies, the full-time remote Director of Sourcing will deliver market and supplier intelligence, manage supplier relationships, and implement strategic initiatives for clients and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver market trend analysis and operational intelligence to stakeholders
- Manage supplier relationships and support the implementation of regional and national programs
- Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies while mentoring suppliers through development programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
- Proven experience in project management and business transitions
- Strong analytical ability and experience leading teams in a decentralized environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
