Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sourcing and Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing sourcing and vendor management team
• Define and execute a long-term sourcing strategy to deliver innovation and cost efficiency
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing operations, including contract negotiation and supplier relationship management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management
• 5 years of people leadership experience
• Strong background in sourcing strategy development and financial analyses
• Significant project management experience related to sourcing activities
• In lieu of a degree, 12+ years of experience in a related field
