Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Space & Occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define client goals for occupancy management and provide strategic planning solutions
• Oversee the planning and development of spatial activities and current projects
• Ensure compliance with program standards and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Architecture, Corporate Real Estate)
• Seven or more years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Advanced skills in Adobe and Microsoft applications
• Basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate and Financial concepts
• Advanced understanding of CAFM/IWMS tools, preferably Serraview
