Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Space & Occupancy Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement principles, policies, and procedures for space and occupancy planning
• Lead and develop a team in strategic occupancy planning, real estate optimization, and workplace design
• Analyze data to create occupancy scenario plans and engage with clients to develop innovative space solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, interior design, corporate real estate)
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in architecture, interior design, or related fields
• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in space utilization and occupancy planning
• Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, or other drafting technologies
• Direct people leadership skills
