Director of Special Projects

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Special Projects to lead strategic growth initiatives and ensure effective integration of new business ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation and management of new business ventures in collaboration with clinical and operational leaders
• Monitor project performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights
• Advise senior leadership on project progress and navigate complex challenges to ensure successful scaling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field; MBA or MHA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, strategic project management, or corporate development
• Experience with post-acquisition integration is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage budgets and track ROI on multi-million-dollar investments
• Valid driver's license and insurable by the automobile liability insurance carrier
