Job Summary
Overseeing on-the-ground marketing activations, the full-time Director of Special Projects will manage logistics, budgets, and personnel for various events, ensuring operational and cost-efficiency while collaborating with the creative marketing team remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage logistics and budgets for marketing activations and programming events, ensuring efficient execution
- Oversee set design and scenic elements for both small and large-scale events under tight timelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality event experiences
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience as a project manager with a focus on set and scenic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere and After Effects, as well as AutoCad or 3D Studio Max
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Marketing, Journalism, Film/Video Production, or related fields
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments effectively
- Strong command of graphic design and storytelling skills
