Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and foster a culture of accountability within the Specialized Services team
• Recruit, mentor, and develop team managers to meet operational demands and enhance client satisfaction
• Manage department budget and capacity planning while ensuring effective project management and client needs fulfillment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of direct client service and relationship management experience
• Minimum of 10 years in the financial services, non-profit, or philanthropic industry with direct RIA/MFO experience
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities, with expertise in staff management and development
• In-depth understanding of the organizational structure of an RIA/MFO, including service and operational aspects
