A company is looking for a Director, Specialty Markets for the US Retail Sales Team in the Pet sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term growth plans for eCommerce and Pet Specialty channels
• Manage strategic customer relationships and lead a dedicated team to achieve sales growth
• Oversee digital shelf fundamentals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize eCommerce operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sales or cross-functional roles
• In-depth understanding of the eCommerce landscape and Pet Specialty Channel dynamics
• Experience in people management and developing high-performing teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and making data-driven decisions
