Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Specialty Pharmacy Operations to lead and oversee the operations for the launch of a new specialty pharmacy product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and execution of operational strategies for the specialty pharmacy product launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate pharmacy operations into the product launch strategy
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the specialty pharmacy network, ensuring compliance and efficient service delivery

Qualifications/Required:

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in specialty pharmacy operations, including product launches and team management
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
• Deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy processes and compliance requirements
• Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities
