Director of Sponsor Operations

Job Summary

To support the growth of clinical research operations, the full-time salaried Director of Sponsor Operations will oversee CRIO's enterprise sponsor delivery model, ensuring quality and scalability while managing a multi-layered team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of sponsor operations, establishing operational standards and translating goals into measurable outcomes
• Oversee multiple enterprise sponsor portfolios, ensuring timely and high-quality program delivery while mentoring Sponsor Program Managers
• Develop scalable delivery models and optimize processes to enhance consistency across sponsor engagements and improve client transparency

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in clinical research technology, data management, or sponsor operations
• Strong background in clinical data management, including CDISC standards and data validation processes
• Proven experience managing enterprise sponsor or CRO relationships across multiple studies
• Deep understanding of clinical trial workflows, site operations, and regulatory requirements
• Experience working with eSource, EDC, CTMS, or related clinical platforms
