Director of Sponsor Operations

Job Summary

To lead and scale the enterprise sponsor business, the full-time Senior Director of Sponsor Operations will manage the end-to-end sponsor lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational frameworks across global pharmaceutical and CRO organizations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational strategy for enterprise sponsor programs and partner with Sales and Executive Leadership for expansion planning
• Ensure consistency in execution and quality across all sponsor engagements, establishing standardized workflows and governance models
• Oversee the clinical data framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards and sponsor expectations while managing integration and technical delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in clinical research technology, data management, or sponsor operations
• 5-7+ years of operational team and/or personnel management experience
• Strong background in clinical data management, including CDISC standards and data validation processes
• Proven experience managing enterprise sponsor or CRO relationships across multiple studies
• Deep understanding of clinical trial workflows, site operations, and regulatory requirements
