Director of Staffing

Job Summary

Supporting the strategic deployment of talent, the full-time remote Director of Staffing will manage staffing coordination, project activation, and data integrity while collaborating with executives and ensuring equitable staffing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the regional staffing strategy, managing staffing requests and transitions while ensuring alignment with operational goals
• Oversee pre-project preparation and coordinate cross-team transfers, tracking professional development and staffing decisions
• Maintain staffing boards and reports, auditing data for accuracy and partnering with Business Systems to enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in staffing, resourcing, or capacity planning within a professional services or consulting environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking headcount, utilization, and related KPIs
• Ability to present data and recommendations to senior leaders and executives
• Familiarity with Monday.com, NetSuite, and HubSpot is preferred
