Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Stakeholder Engagement Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Medical Affairs advisory board strategy and operations, ensuring integration with global congress planning
• Collaborate on Medical Affairs planning for priority congresses and ensure compliant execution of congress activities
• Lead operational planning, budgeting, and vendor management for advisory boards while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, PhD or equivalent) in life sciences
• 10+ years' experience in Medical Affairs within biotech/pharma, with 5+ years in global congress strategy and operations
• Proven track record in leading global and regional advisory boards across U.S., EU, and APAC regions
• Strong understanding of oncology therapeutic landscape, particularly in specific cancer types
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a complex, matrixed environment
