Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and launch of new or revitalized State Organizations

• Develop financial sustainability strategies and oversee operational infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of nonprofit leadership experience
• Experience in launching or rebuilding nonprofit organizations
• Deep expertise in nonprofit governance and operations
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
• Managerial experience in a federated or networked nonprofit system
