Director of Statistical Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director of Statistical Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for statistical analyses across the organization
• Lead and mentor a team of statisticians and quantitative analysts
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define analytics goals and prioritize initiatives

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in statistical analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing statistical teams and driving data strategy
• Deep knowledge of statistical methods including regression and experimental design
• Proficiency in statistical software and languages such as R, Python, or SAS
