Director of Statistical Innovation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Statistical Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide product strategy and study design by promoting innovative design options and providing advisory input on statistical approaches
• Provide technical expertise on innovative study designs and advanced analytical methods, including simulation and modeling
• Build cross-functional networks and relationships to drive design consultation throughout the clinical development process

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years, or Master's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of Biostatistics/Statistical experience
• 10 years of post-graduate statistical experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Expertise in conventional and innovative trial designs, including adaptive and Bayesian methods
• Experience in leading regulatory and/or reimbursement submissions
• Managerial experience in handling teams or directing resources
