Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Statistical Programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team in statistical programming and data engineering
• Oversee the creation of regulatory-compliant datasets and ensure timely production of analysis deliverables
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Biostatistics, Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related quantitative field
• 15+ years of experience in statistical programming within biotech, pharma, or CRO environments
• 5+ years of experience leading statistical programming teams
• Advanced proficiency in SAS, R, and SQL with strong experience in CDISC standards
• Experience implementing modern data engineering tools and building automated analysis pipelines
