Job Summary
Leading a multi-trial programming cluster, the full-time Director of Statistical Programming will partner with senior stakeholders to shape long-range strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment of programming practices while working onsite in Princeton, New Jersey.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a multi-TA/MoA/Indication Programming cluster and collaborate on long-range strategy and capability roadmap
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, maintaining regular communication to anticipate needs and resolve issues
- Drive outsourcing strategy and foster a culture of quality and innovation across all studies in the cluster
Required qualifications
- 12 years of relevant experience in statistical programming or related fields
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or a related field
- Proficient SAS programming skills with strong knowledge of CDISC SDTM/ADaM models
- Experience in managing multiple tasks independently while maintaining high quality and accountability
- Collaborative team player with excellent planning and knowledge-sharing abilities
