Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support an assigned book of business to achieve objectives related to relationships, growth, retention, and customer goals
- Proactively assess and prioritize partner needs, integrating feedback into the product roadmap and strategy
- Lead the annual Strategic Account review process, including risk identification and action planning
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years in relationship management roles (consulting, enterprise sales, account management, etc.)
- High emotional intelligence to connect with diverse constituents and identify key sensitivities
- Commercial/business development acumen to identify and close growth opportunities
- Strong understanding of financial elements in value-based care businesses
- Ability to manage a 20% travel schedule for meetings with partner organizations
