Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support an assigned book of business to achieve objectives related to relationships, growth, retention, and customer goals
  • Proactively assess and prioritize partner needs, integrating feedback into the product roadmap and strategy
  • Lead the annual Strategic Account review process, including risk identification and action planning
Required Qualifications
  • 5 or more years in relationship management roles (consulting, enterprise sales, account management, etc.)
  • High emotional intelligence to connect with diverse constituents and identify key sensitivities
  • Commercial/business development acumen to identify and close growth opportunities
  • Strong understanding of financial elements in value-based care businesses
  • Ability to manage a 20% travel schedule for meetings with partner organizations
