Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Accounts to drive revenue growth within existing strategic customer portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and expand a portfolio of existing health insurance customers by understanding their priorities and mapping them to high-impact solutions
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, including outreach, presentations, RFIs, workshops, RFPs, negotiations, and deal signing
- Collaborate cross-functionally to craft proposals, unlock expansion, and drive retention while delivering against a seven-figure quota
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales experience with a strong track record in account growth within existing enterprise customers
- 5+ years of experience working with or for healthcare payers, engaging senior stakeholders in complex buying environments
- Strong understanding of cloud and modern data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Extensive customer-facing experience in senior roles, effectively communicating with C-level executives
- Executive presence and sharp discovery skills to translate customer needs into tailored solutions
