Job Summary

Director of Strategic Accounts is a full-time position responsible for leading a regional sales team, managing approximately $90M in annual revenue, and executing account strategies to drive growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own regional revenue performance and develop account strategies for growth and retention
  • Translate executive vision into operational plans with clear goals and processes
  • Guide complex deal strategies and coach team members on negotiation and execution standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field
  • 7-10+ years of progressive sales experience in B2B, higher education, or related fields
  • 3-5+ years of direct sales leadership experience with revenue accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex institutional sales cycles with executive engagement
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing and negotiation strategies
