Director of Strategic Accounts

Job Summary

Experienced leaders will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Director of Strategic Accounts, responsible for managing complex relationships with Charles Schwab, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of AI-powered financial planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deepen relationships with stakeholders across Charles Schwab's organizations while advising on leveraging the platform effectively
• Translate client goals into actionable strategic plans and lead new product implementations in ambiguous environments
• Serve as the voice of the customer in product discussions, ensuring alignment between internal teams and client needs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services or AI-powered wealth tech, focusing on strategic account management and business strategy
• Direct experience with multi-entity financial institutions and a strong understanding of their operating models
• Proven ability to navigate and influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead complex initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills, including experience in executive-level presentation development
• Strong project and program management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
