Job Summary
Overseeing all aspects of account management, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Accounts will develop strategies for client retention and revenue growth while leading a high-performing team and managing complex client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy to maximize client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point for major accounts
- Drive the expansion of revenue within existing accounts through strategic planning and collaboration with sales and product teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus
- 10+ years of account management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
- Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale account management teams
- Deep understanding of account management strategies and client lifecycle management
