Job Summary
To support the growth of strategic partnerships, the full-time Director of Strategic Accounts will manage client relationships, drive retention and satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support assigned clients in achieving growth, retention, and customer goals while managing risks and opportunities
- Develop and implement best-in-class presentation strategies for senior stakeholder engagements and regular partnership reviews
- Advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring timely issue resolution and compliance with contract performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in client or account management roles, preferably in healthcare
- 3+ years of business development or consulting experience in the healthcare industry
- 3+ years in project coordination/project management, preferably in healthcare
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and payer/provider relationships
