Job Summary
Driving new business development, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Accounts will manage complex sales cycles, build relationships with enterprise healthcare buyers, and oversee account-level reporting and analytics to support growth and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise healthcare buyers while contributing to go-to-market strategy and sales enablement materials
- Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, collaborating with clinical, technical, legal, and executive teams
- Prepare reporting and insights for the SVP, Commercial, supporting pipeline and performance across accounts
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in an analytical role and 2+ years in business development or account management
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or related consumer technology industries
- Expertise in both pre-sales and post-sales processes, including contract execution
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems and build consensus
- Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment
