• Develop and execute a multi-year partnership and alliance strategy
• Drive partner-sourced revenue performance and manage pipeline health
• Establish and lead a team focused on partner origination and activation

Required Qualifications:

• Proven success in building and scaling a partnership function in a high-growth environment
• Extensive experience selling into or co-selling with law firms or accounting firms
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performance teams
• Professional experience in technology or professional services during rapid expansion
• High level of proficiency with enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms
