Director of Strategic Alliances

Job Summary

Leading the global partnership with IQVIA, the full-time Director of Strategic Alliances will manage enterprise relationship architecture, strategic direction, and value creation across multiple functions, ensuring cohesive engagement and alignment between argenx and IQVIA.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior enterprise-level lead for the global IQVIA partnership, ensuring aligned enterprise voice across clinical, digital, GPS, quality, and commercial interactions
• Act as a senior enterprise connector, aligning argenx leaders and teams with partner capabilities while clarifying enterprise intent and priorities
• Lead the development of the multi-year alliance strategy, focusing on innovation opportunities and translating contractual arrangements into scalable operating models

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred in life sciences, medicine, engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliance management, or enterprise strategy within a global, regulated environment
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, enterprise-critical partnerships across multiple functions and global geographies
• Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and outcomes without formal authority, engaging with senior stakeholders
• Experience operating effectively in matrixed environments, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs
