Director of Strategic Analytics

Job Summary

To support the Revenue team, the remote full-time Director of Strategic Analytics will serve as a strategic partner to segment leaders, delivering insights and analytics while driving accountability against key outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in providing high-quality insights and analytics to Revenue leadership, managing data requests and assessments
• Monitor business trends and KPIs to identify risks and growth opportunities, translating data signals into actionable recommendations
• Build and mentor a high-caliber team, fostering a culture of intellectual rigor and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics roles, preferably in management consulting or high-growth technology companies
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
• Experience acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions and driving change
• Deep analytical fluency with proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and identifying automation opportunities to enhance team efficiency
