Director of Strategic Contracting

Job Summary

Leading the commercial strategy for complex enterprise agreements, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Contracting will manage deal architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with customers to enhance contract execution and support the North America fertility portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead commercial deal strategies for enterprise opportunities involving capital equipment, services, and software
• Engage directly with customers and internal teams to structure agreements that align with business objectives and customer needs
• Train and enable field teams on enterprise deal strategies, ensuring consistent and effective selling practices

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or advanced degree with relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Significant experience in strategic contracting and commercial operations within healthcare or med-tech environments
• Strong background in managing complex agreements and understanding stakeholder dynamics
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive deal execution without direct authority
