Job Summary
Leading the commercial strategy for complex enterprise agreements, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Contracting will manage deal architecture, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful contract execution within the North America fertility portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial deal strategies for enterprise opportunities involving capital equipment, services, and software
- Engage with customers and internal teams to structure competitive agreements that align with long-term business objectives
- Lead field training on deal strategy and contracting models to enhance sales team capabilities in complex selling environments
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctorate or advanced degree, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Significant experience in strategic contracting, enterprise sales, or commercial operations
- Strong track record in supporting complex agreements involving capital equipment and service contracts
- Ability to influence outcomes across a matrixed organization without direct authority
- Experience training field teams in deal strategy and enterprise selling preferred
