Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers to enhance enterprise adoption and retention
- Drive strategic alignment with customers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Implement customer success frameworks and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer alignment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or cybersecurity
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing customer-facing teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD processes
- Proven track record in driving customer adoption and satisfaction
- Familiarity with tools like Gainsight or Salesforce
