Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers to enhance enterprise adoption and retention
  • Drive strategic alignment with customers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Implement customer success frameworks and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer alignment
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or cybersecurity
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing customer-facing teams
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD processes
  • Proven track record in driving customer adoption and satisfaction
  • Familiarity with tools like Gainsight or Salesforce
