Director of Strategic Decision Support

Job Summary

Leading a team of consultants, the full-time Director of Strategic Decision Support will manage market strategies and solutions to drive transformative initiatives while supporting senior leaders with data-driven insights in a remote capacity based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement market strategies aligned with organizational goals, driving performance improvement and innovative solutions
• Lead, develop, and manage a team, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring seamless project execution
• Conduct complex market data analysis, generating insights and maintaining high standards for deliverables

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement, preferably in healthcare or academic settings
• Proven track record of building and managing programs that advance organizational goals
• Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
