Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Delivery & Growth, responsible for leading initiatives in pharmaceutical development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage R&D and operational study execution experience to grow and maintain a profitable business portfolio
• Design and develop innovative trial strategies and integrated solutions for effective operational execution
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships while leading cross-functional teams in business development efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements
• 5+ years of research and development and clinical research experience, including 3+ years in Drug Delivery Project Management
• Experience with client relationships and understanding of business development
• Demonstrated vision, strategy, and growth experience
• In-depth knowledge of operations and ability to contribute to competitive study strategies
