Director of Strategic Dissemination

Job Summary

To enhance strategic communication across a large-scale enterprise, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Dissemination will manage the dissemination of strategy, develop executive-level deliverables, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective messaging and insights integration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative strategies for disseminating and translating organizational goals using modern approaches and technologies
• Collaborate with leadership to create engaging insights deliverables and support the development of strategic content for executive presentations
• Partner with internal teams to integrate strategic messaging into organizational communications and ensure alignment across the enterprise

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in health systems management, strategic planning, or strategic communications
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and program management within complex organizations
• Understanding of enterprise strategy formulation and strategic planning frameworks
• Proven ability to translate complex strategies into clear and actionable messages for diverse audiences
