Director of Strategic Engagement

Job Summary

Leading a team of strategic engagement leads, the full-time Director of Strategic Engagement will manage key accounts while driving customer success and measurable outcomes in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 4-5 strategic engagement leads and manage 1-2 key accounts as a player-coach
• Serve as a consultative advisor to clients, ensuring alignment of products and services with their strategic objectives
• Lead business-relevant projects that foster growth and scalability while enhancing customer satisfaction and retention

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles
• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders
• Experience in real-world data health analytics, CROs, or systems integrators in the healthcare sector
• Understanding of drug development and/or clinical trials
