Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, preferably in energy or infrastructure
• Proven track record of leading complex transactions and strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical, modeling, and valuation capabilities
• Leadership experience in managing teams and collaborating across functions
• Experience in synthesizing complex analyses into executive-level insights
