Director of Strategic Execution

Job Summary

Leading the company's enterprise execution capability, the remote full-time Director of Strategic Execution will manage cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology while delivering measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and own the enterprise intake process for cross-functional strategic initiatives, utilizing data-driven frameworks for portfolio prioritization
• Lead enterprise strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, coordinating work across multiple departments
• Implement initiative governance, including stage-gate reviews and resource allocation oversight, while reporting on portfolio health and initiative velocity to the executive team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years' experience in operations, enterprise transformation, project management, or business execution leadership
• At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role with cross-functional accountability
• Proven experience driving complex initiatives from strategy through implementation with measurable outcomes
• Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP) or program management certification (PfMP, MSP) preferred
