Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Finance to guide financial strategy and decision-making in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess strategic initiatives
• Oversee the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A at a venture capital-backed company
• Exposure to or interest in value-based care models and the national payer landscape
• Experience with various Financial and HR systems, including Google Workspace and NetSuite
• Strong background in strategic planning and healthcare operations
