Director of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

Leading financial analysis and business case development, the full-time Director of Strategic Finance will support key strategic initiatives while partnering cross-functionally with various departments in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of financial business cases for investment decisions across multiple business units
• Analyze large data sets to identify market opportunities and prepare executive-level presentations for strategic decision making
• Support buy-side acquisition analysis and maintain transaction financial models for M&A activities

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of relevant experience in finance or strategic planning
• Proven experience in financial modeling and investment analysis
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and strategic partnership
• Experience in preparing executive-level presentations and strategic materials
• Familiarity with M&A processes and corporate development support
