Director of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

Leading financial analysis and decision support for enterprise transformation initiatives, the fully remote Director of Strategic Finance will oversee financial modeling, partner with senior leaders, and ensure alignment of strategic priorities with financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for enterprise transformation initiatives and strategic priorities
• Own financial modeling and business case development for transformation initiatives
• Act as a finance partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment with financial objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical roles
• Exceptional financial modeling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional leaders
• Experience with technology-related investments or cross-functional transformation efforts preferred
