Director of Strategic Finance
Job Summary
Owning FP&A and strategic finance for a high-growth B2B SaaS company, the full-time Director of Strategic Finance will manage financial analysis, planning, and decision support while collaborating closely with Sales, Rev Ops, and Accounting in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the annual plan, monthly reforecast, department budgets, and variance reporting
- Partner with Sales and Rev Ops on quota planning, commission modeling, and sales performance analysis
- Manage SaaS financial KPI reporting and analyze pricing, packaging, and customer usage data
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in FP&A or strategic finance with experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience scaling a venture-backed B2B SaaS company, ideally through Series B/C stages
- Strong expertise in GTM finance, including sales forecasting and pricing analysis
- Expert Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills, along with experience in ERP and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
