Director of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

Serving as the primary strategic finance partner to the Venue Management business, the full-time Director of Strategic Finance will manage financial planning and analysis, provide insights for investment decisions, and collaborate across functions to enhance operational performance, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a financial advisor to Venue Management leadership on strategy and growth initiatives
• Own the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning process for the business unit
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment between financial and operational data

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Significant finance experience with a proven track record in FP&A and business partnership at senior executive levels
• Experience in a private equity-backed or multi-site environment is strongly preferred
• Background in venue management, live events, or related industries is a plus
• Strong ERP and systems fluency, with experience in ERP implementation preferred
