Director of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

To support the Venue Management business, the full-time salaried Director of Strategic Finance will serve as the primary financial advisor to leadership, overseeing FP&A functions, managing budgets and forecasts, and collaborating across departments to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary financial advisor to Venue Management leadership on strategy, investment decisions, and growth initiatives
• Own the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning process, ensuring alignment across venues and functions
• Develop and manage the KPI framework for Venue Management, identifying cost savings and efficiency opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Significant finance experience with demonstrated FP&A leadership and partnership with senior executives
• Experience in a private equity-backed or multi-site environment preferred
• Strong ERP and systems fluency, with experience in ERP implementation being a plus
• Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex financial analysis clearly to diverse audiences
