Director of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

As a full-time remote opportunity, the Director of Strategic Finance will manage the consolidated financial view, oversee the P&L forecast, and integrate inputs from various teams to provide a coherent financial narrative for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own the consolidated financial view, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting across teams
• Deliver insightful board decks and investor materials that require minimal revisions from leadership
• Build scalable forecasting processes and design Business Unit P&Ls for clearer accountability

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial roles with a strong track record in FP&A or Corporate Finance
• Proven expertise in GAAP and non-GAAP financial frameworks, with advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency
• Experience influencing cross-functional leadership and securing alignment on strategic recommendations
• Strong people management skills with a history of developing high-performing finance teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities
