Director of Strategic Finance
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Finance will shape financial strategy, manage a high-impact team, and drive performance through strategic planning and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Define and influence key operating metrics to enhance customer acquisition and financial performance
- Create and manage a long-term financial model, prioritizing initiatives and investments alongside management
- Serve as a business partner to Go-to-Market teams, providing insights and guidance on performance improvement and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Investor Relations, or Corporate Development, with a focus on financial services
- 3+ years of managerial experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies, corporate finance, and SaaS KPIs
- Expertise in Excel and financial modeling, with knowledge of Netsuite, Adaptive, and Tableau as a plus
