Director of Strategic Finance
Job Summary
Proactively driving financial planning and performance management, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Finance will lead initiatives for Supply Chain and Marketing, providing analytical insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate investments and operating choices through detailed financial analysis and business case development
- Own the planning and performance management agenda for Merchandising & Marketing, partnering with leaders to assess effectiveness and resource allocation
- Prepare executive-ready analyses and facilitate cross-functional discussions to align financial insights with operational strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role
- Exceptional financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis
- Strong understanding of operating-cost drivers and their impact on financial outcomes
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional leaders in Technology, Supply Chain, and Marketing
