Job Summary

Driving financial strategy and capital markets activity, the full-time salaried Director of Strategic Finance will manage financial planning, lead investor relations, and partner with functional leads to translate financial performance into actionable insights in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee annual planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis to provide insightful financial commentary
• Collaborate regularly with function leads to hold the business accountable and translate financial performance into actionable insights
• Manage the capital raise process, including data room preparation, investor materials, and ongoing investor relations

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or a combination, with significant time in a high-growth tech or platform business
• Proven ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial modeling skills with a track record of driving business outcomes through finance partnership
• Experience central to a capital raise process
• Familiarity with marketplace, B2B SaaS, or platform business models
